Return Process

  Request an RMA

  Contact our support team or log into your account to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.

  Pack Securely

  Carefully pack your product in its original factory packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Ship to PS Audio

  Affix the provided shipping label or your own insured label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition at our Boulder facility, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
